      James C. Springer, Principal

Since 1990, Jim has been involved with real estate investments in Walton County, FL and together with Onno Horn formed Domicile Luxury Homes in 1999.  In addition, he has established complementary sister companies that are involved with real estate development and the management of commercial and residential properties.  He has used his talents of concise decision-making, judgment and focus from a successful surgical career to grow and nurture the Domicile management team.  Jim’s lifelong passion for helping people has likwise been translated into assisting and teaching others how to maximize their real estate investment potentials and aiding in wise choices in the design of their financial future. 

He is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and has received advanced training in the use of IRAs in real estate investment, being designated a P2 Professional with Pensco Trust Company, a self-directed IRA custodian.

  Onno H. Horn - Principal

A life long admirer of real estate and the experiences that it brings, Onno moved to Walton County in 2000 and has started multiple ventures which include Domicile Luxury Homes and Domicile Land & Development.  Receiving numerous accolades for the creativity and quality of past works, it is the ability to transcend the expected into the unexpected and craft new experiences that he is most known for.  With the collaboration of some of the best in the area in terms of architecture, design and marketing, there is a renowned commitment to focus on a project’s fine details. . . to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.
